Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Clearance or final sale items may not be eligible for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
